Operations
Colocation – Service provided to power and cool IT Infrastructure. Nuclei Buildings will provide this service. This will be the foundation of the operations service offering to our clients.
Environmental – Service provided as a part of the colocation offering. This will provide clients with the look into their environment from a power, cooling, data, and equipment perspective.
Physical Security – Service provided as a part of the colocation offering. This will provide clients with the ability to allow personnel or vendors on site to work with their equipment. It gives the ability for the client to manage and audit the aspects of physical security for their environment. This could include video surveillance as a service offering.
OptimEyes – Service provides onsite hands support for assistance with tasks while clients are remote. Some tasks may be included as a part of standard colocation offering. Other tasks will be billed at a flat rate based on current market rate.
Infrastructure – Service provided to give clients a look into the upstream infrastructure that supports the IT equipment environment. This infrastructure service will provide the clients alarm indication on equipment and equipment service updates based on MTR repairs. This will also include as a part of the colocation offering, power usage per rack or as per server based on client needs.
