Business Suite – Service offering provides clients with remote site capabilities for disaster recovery services. This service offering can be as simple as office space with fitout provided by client or Nuclei could provide the office space, seats, desks, phones, computers, dual monitors, and conference rooms. Additionally, Nuclei offers a shared seating model up to a 10 to 1 ratio to provide a low cost of entry to achieve compliance requirements. 10 to 1 ratio always gives clients a portion of total seating regardless of total need. Imaging of PC’s is provided by Nuclei team within 24 hours of declaration of need.

Disaster Test – Service offering is provided as a part of Business Suite. This is a full-service test of a client’s disaster recovery plan for people. This test would be a portion of or total seat test for client. Additional tests would be available to ensure continued success of business continuity needs. Test report success/failure, lessons learned, and future adjustments to business continuity plan are a part of test offering.

Business Continuity – Service offering includes consulting services for Business Continuity planning and implementation. Consulting services include meetings to discuss business continuity needs, compliance requirements, creation of plan, and initial testing and acceptance.

Remote Backup – Service offering includes remote back up for business recovery needs. Remote backups are stored off site to ensure maximum business recovery needs. Service offering is virtual in nature, remote set up, monitoring of back up, confirmation of back up completion based on daily, weekly, monthly business needs.

System Monitoring – Service offering includes monitoring of IT hardware to ensure system health needs are addressed in an immediate fashion. Equipment replacement coordination and on site support assistance would be included.

Private Cloud – Service offering includes cloud service for single client. Single client environment designed for specific need of client. Includes hardware, software, and setup of environment for specific client needs. Support of service provided by on site team to ensure uptime of cloud for client. Multi-site deployment designs to ensure hot-hot failover for most reliable system implementation.

Public Cloud – Service offering includes cloud service for multi-tenant. Client environments share public cloud hardware. Environment needs can be adjusted via client portal for increased or decreased needs. Support of service provided by on site team to ensure uptime of cloud for client. Multi-site deployment designs to ensure hot-hot failover for most reliable system implementation.

IT Storage – Service offering includes high capacity, long term storage for archived file needs. This service offering pairs well with both Private and Public Clouds.

IT Compute – Service offering includes IT compute on an as needed basis. This offering can be used for development or temporary needs for computing power.

Edge – Service offering includes Edge deployment needs. This service is specialized and deployed to meet the needs of a specific client. Larger deployments for multi-tenant needs is deployed as needed. Depending on need this deployment is modular or building specific in nature.
